You can order tickets to many of our events online using a credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Our online ordering system is a SECURE ENCRYPTED e-mail-based system. We will process your ticket request in
the order in which it was received and within one business day.
Seating preferences can be included in the "Special Comments/Instructions" box found on the on-line
order form. Every effort will be made to honor requests or assign the closest seats available at that
time, but due to the high volume of orders received and the limited number of seats available,
specific seating cannot be guaranteed.
The price of all tickets to shows includes a $1 Preservation fee that supports the long-term maintenance,
restoration, and improvement of the Lebanon Opera House. All telephone, fax, mail or and online orders
are charged a $3.00 convenience fee. There is no convenience fee on tickets purchased at the box office.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a future LOH performance
if they are received in the box office a least three days prior to the show date. A $1 charge applies
per ticket exchanged. Unused tickets may also be returned to the box office anytime prior to a performance
as a tax-deductible donation to the Opera House. The $3.00 convenience fee not refundable.
We are not able to mail tickets that are ordered fewer than 7 days before an event. These tickets will
be held at the box office and can be picked up during box office hours or 1 hour before the performance.
Online orders are not accepted within 24 hours of an event.
Online orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We strongly urge you to print the order form as a record of what you have requested.
If you do not receive an email confirmation from the box office within 48 hours of placing your order,
assume your order was not received.
