Heather J. Clow, Executive Director
A lifelong resident of the Upper Valley, Heather Clow
graduated from Hartford High School in 1988, received a Bachelor of Arts in
Theater from Saint Michael's College in Winooski, Vermont and completed her
Masters in Arts Administration at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland in
2009.
She
has been employed by the Opera House for the past 9
years, hired as the Box Office Manager and promoted to Associate
Director in 2004. She became the organization’s Executive Director in 2008.She
is the President of Arts Presenters of Northern New England and has served
on the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts Touring Roster Evaluation Committee
and the Vermont Arts Council’s Grant Review Panel
In
addition to her arts administration experience, Heather has an extensive
theatre background. She has directed several North Country Community Theatre
summer musicals and was the founding artistic director of the Covered Bridge
Players, a community theatre based in Windsor, Vermont.

Jeremiah Brophy, Facilities Manager
Jeremiah is also a long-term resident of the
Upper Valley. In 1998, he graduated from the Colorado College in Colorado
Springs with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Military History.
Returning to the Upper Valley, he became involved with NCCT, Northern
Stage, Opera North, and City Center Ballet. In 2001, he earned a
Journeyman’s card with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees
and Motion Picture Artists (IATSE). Since then, Jeremiah has worked for
several Vermont and New Hampshire theater and performing arts organizations in

Ryan Hebert, Full Time Box Office Associate
Ryan’s roots are in Windsor, Vermont but he
spent his childhood in Alabama, Illinois and South Dakota. After
graduation from Windsor High School and gaining his B.A. from Hofstra
University (Long Island, NY) in 2004 with degree in Communications/Audio
Production, he started his post collegiate arts administration experience at G.
Schirmer and Music Sales in New York, NY. Feeling the urge to move back
home a few years ago, he settled back in Windsor to pursue work in this area,
concentrate on music and get back in touch with the great outdoors.
Following
Ryan’s time spent at Vermont Institute of Natural Science, Upper Valley
Presents, Upper Valley Rock School and the Hopkins Center at Dartmouth College,
he is thrilled to join the team at Lebanon Opera House. Outside of his
work at LOH, Ryan is a musician, songwriter and producer having
released/produced many albums in many genres, locally, nationally and
internationally. He is a founding member of the What Doth Life family,
the Windsor, VT based music imprint.
